Our Mission

Running a short term rental is rewarding, but tax time can be overwhelming. Spreadsheets break, receipts get lost, and figuring out what you actually keep after tax feels impossible.

NettStay exists to fix that. We built a simple tool that tracks your income, expenses, and receipts throughout the year, so you always know where you stand financially.

We're launching in New Zealand first because we understand the unique requirements of hosting here: IRD compliance, business use percentages, the 1 April to 31 March tax year, and the importance of working with your accountant. But we won't stop there - we're building for hosts worldwide.
