By accessing and using NettStay, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

NettStay provides income, expense, and tax tracking software for short term rental hosts in New Zealand. The service includes:

• Property and booking management
• Expense tracking and receipt storage
• Tax estimation and reporting tools
• Export functionality for accountants
• iCal synchronization features

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

NettStay offers a Free plan and a Professional plan:

• The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features
• Professional plan pricing varies by currency and is billed monthly or annually
• Professional subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Important disclaimers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into NettStay
• Tax estimates provided are for informational purposes only
• NettStay does not provide tax or financial advice
• We recommend consulting with a qualified accountant for tax filing
• We are not responsible for any tax-related decisions you make based on our estimates

The NettStay service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you enter into the service.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NettStay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service, but can export your data before closing your account.

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of NettStay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.
